15 days of accelerated production, 2000 kilometers of love relay
On January 26, the anti-epidemic material procurement team of Midea Group received a special task to purchase 140 negative pressure ambulances and donate them to the epidemic area in Hubei.

After hundreds of phone calls in 36 hours, 12 car companies were finally locked down on the morning of January 28. However, due to the need for customized production of negative pressure ambulances, the general delivery time of car companies is in March.
"If you arrive one minute earlier, you can save people one minute earlier", Midea's team carried out persevering communication with car companies, and finally with the strong support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other government departments, the first batch of delivery time was finalized on February 10.
On the evening of January 29, the first batch of orders was signed. Although it was the Spring Festival holiday, it only took 24 hours from the negotiation of demand on January 28 to the rapid payment and confirmation of orders to the car company.
The order is confirmed, but a new round of obstacles seems to have just begun. During the epidemic, the factory faced two major problems: the shortage of core components such as negative pressure equipment and the lack of workers. Faced with an "almost impossible task", a relay race of concerted efforts began.
Midea immediately requested the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, designated suppliers to provide chassis and other accessories required for assembling negative pressure ambulances, and deployed negative pressure isolation systems, negative pressure isolation cabins and other equipment, and linked all parties to help car companies solve problems synchronously and compress production time.
At Renault Brilliance's factory in Shenyang, workers who voluntarily gave up their vacations braved the freezing cold of minus 15 degrees Celsius to shunt and transport vehicles in the outdoor parking lot to transport the vehicles to the workshop for renovation as soon as possible. With the efforts of all parties, the 30-day renovation period was finally compressed to less than 15 days.
After hard work, the fifth batch of 40 negative pressure ambulances produced in Shenyang was completed, but it was necessary to travel 2,000 kilometers to reach Hubei, which undoubtedly brought great challenges to the delivery of this batch scheduled for 16 days. Subsequently, the traffic police of Hebei, Henan and Hubei continued to relay until the convoy arrived safely in Wuhan. The traffic police in Tianjin and Henan also prepared hot meals for the drivers, which moved Zhang Chuntian, who had to use instant noodles to satisfy his hunger on the way.
Facing the tribute of the traffic police, Zhang Chuntian was a little embarrassed, "Because we are drivers, sending some supplies here is the same as normal work, but the place where we go is different." After listening to him, I felt like I had done a good deed. ”
At present, the last batch of 18 negative pressure ambulances from Wuxi has arrived at Wuhan Dahualing Railway Station at about 4 a.m. on February 20. So far, all 140 negative pressure ambulances purchased and donated by Midea have been put in place and put into the front line of the "epidemic".

On January 27, Master Sang, who rushed to Wuhan from Suizhou, appeared at the door of the company's warehouse on time.

The last order is delivered every day, usually late at night. Considering that he often goes in and out of the hospital, Master Sang did not dare to go home, and he was worried about causing cross-infection to the people around him, so he prepared a quilt in the car, rested in the car every night, and continued to work as soon as he opened his eyes.
Master Sang, who has endured every cold winter night, often misses his family who worry about him day and night, but he chose to drive forward in Wuhan after the lockdown because there are more people he wants to protect.
There are many drivers like Master Sang in Ande Zhilian, who will run through more than 70 designated hospitals in Hubei and personally deliver relief materials to doctors.
