From June 14th to 16th, Intersolar Europe 2023 was held in Messe München, Germany, which is also the world's largest and most professional solar energy exhibition. A number of business units of Midea Group participated in the event, including Midea Industrial Technology's Hekang New Energy, CLU Electronics, and Midea Building Technology. As one of the world's top solar industry exhibitions, the show provides more than 1,300 exhibitors with the best opportunity to expose their brands and showcase their new products and solutions.
Midea's industrial technology: new liquid cooling energy storage products made their overseas debut
Focusing on the integration of "source-grid-load-storage", Midea Industrial Technology has built a wealth of solutions for new power systems, new energy storage, energy networks, industrial and commercial and consumer energy management around the world.
Among them, CLU Electronics displayed the Aqua series of liquid-cooled energy storage products, NEPCSO-2000 large-scale energy storage converters, industrial and commercial storage battery cabinets (C&I Energy Storage System), and air-cooled battery racks, etc., comprehensively demonstrating the diversity of its products, among which the Aqua series of liquid-cooled energy storage products made their overseas debut. Compared with the previous generation of products, the cycle life of the new Aqua series products has been increased by 35% to more than 10,000 times, the energy density has been increased by 38% compared with the previous generation of air-cooled products, and the auxiliary power consumption has been reduced by 30%. Among them, Aqua-C supports double-box parallelism, which can save more than 50% of the floor space. All Aqua series products are equipped with DCDC, which supports cluster-level management, and the availability rate is as high as 99.5%. At the same time, the whole system is equipped with an active equalization system, which can shorten the commissioning and maintenance time by more than 40%.
In addition, Hekang Xinneng demonstrated the three major household energy storage product families including HiEnergy, WISDOM and MINERGY, and showed the integrated and split solutions of single-phase, three-phase and split-phase for the power grid strategy in different regions of the world, with the all-in-one machine covering 5-40kWh energy storage needs and the split machine covering 13.8-69kWh energy storage needs, which can not only greatly save the user's installation and later maintenance costs, but also make it safer, more convenient and more convenient. More warm products solve customer pain points.
Midea Building Technology: One-stop solution for space heating, cooling and domestic hot water
Adhering to the concept of "Discover Easy Comfort", Midea Building Technologies showcased its wide range of product solutions combined with solar applications. After 20 years of continuous technology research and development and innovation, Midea Building Technology can provide low-carbon and intelligent overall solutions for homes and industries with its strong HVAC equipment hardware capabilities and digital software operation platform capabilities.
At the booth, Midea BRT showcased the M thermal Arctic Split system and Mono system, which are one-stop solutions that integrate space heating, cooling and domestic hot water, with a green energy management system for residential use. The M thermal Arctic Series won a silver medal at the Special Edition of International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva in April this year for its high efficiency, low noise, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Another unveiled product is the Midea energy storage thermal management air conditioning liquid cooling unit. With the continuous increase in the capacity of energy storage systems in power stations around the world, Midea Building Technology has launched stable, reliable, energy-efficient and easy-to-install energy storage thermal management air conditioning liquid-cooled units, and the products have also passed UL quality certification and CE EU safety certification. In addition, in the global context of carbon neutrality and green environmental protection, Midea Building Technology has launched the "FHPE Photovoltaic Storage, Thermal and Flexible Home Integrated Energy Management System", which includes photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps and flexible control, which can save more than 70% of the annual energy cost of households and increase the energy self-sufficiency rate to 90%.
