Over the past eight years, the two parties have successively cooperated in the joint innovation of smart home appliance cloud service cooperation, the joint development of smart products supporting the M-Smart and HiLink protocols, the co-construction of Huawei's Ark Lab, the cooperation of cloud-cloud docking and interconnection, the ecological cooperation between Midea Group's Internet brand Bugu and Huawei Honor in products and channels, the "5G + Industrial Internet" application demonstration zone and the construction of 5G joint innovation laboratory. With the upgrading of this strategic cooperation, the two parties will further explore the application and innovation of next-generation information technologies such as 5G, AI, intelligent computing, edge computing and cloud in richer scenarios such as smart homes, smart campuses, and smart factories. According to reports, the follow-up cooperation between the two sides has many highlights, including the establishment of a joint laboratory to incubate intelligent manufacturing solutions based on 5G + AI + MEC edge computing; With the help of HUAWEI CLOUD, Midea has built a globally integrated hybrid cloud base.
